Montal stopped short of calling the errors a deliberate deception,  blaming the "mislabeling" on insufficient staff training.The Ritz-Carlton Osaka, opened in 1997, 
is located in the city's Umeda district near bustling Osaka Station. Another Hankyu Hanshin Holdings company, Hankyu Hanshin Hotels, 
has also admitted to switching ingredients at its hotels.
